Meet Jack, a young boy from Stittsville. Since Day 1, he has braved the challenges of CHARGE Syndrome, a life-limiting condition needing round-the-clock care. His loving family has supported him through daily nursing care, 21 surgeries, and over two years in hospital. Theirs is a level of care Jack will need for the rest of his life — as he brightens their days in turn. But that care comes with substantial financial costs.
Meet Jack’s devoted dad, Greg. A few years ago, Greg received a diagnosis of his own — aggressive cancer, needing diligent treatment. It is Greg’s greatest goal to support his family and their ongoing healthcare needs — while creating a source of joy and legacy for years to come. That’s where Rock Out 4 Jack comes in — and it’s where you come in, too!
